Description

  • Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
  • Lead regular project meetings, providing updates and progress reports to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Utilize project management software to track milestones, resources, and project performance metrics.

Profile

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within healthcare construction.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and construction best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
  • PMP certification or similar project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
