Job description

Overview:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations and enhance data integrity. This role involves analyzing HRIS processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system improvements to streamline HR functions.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze HR data for the MSR/Lakeview divisions to identify trends and generate reports, offering insights and recommendations to inform HR decision-making.
• Provide necessary HRIS-related information to respond to internal and external audit requests.
• Oversee the launch of employee surveys, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with the BAM HRIS Team to manage system workflow processes, including updates and maintenance of organizational levels, locations, company information, and other business rules within the HRIS platform and any other systems (15Five, Culture Amp, DocuSign, Mindr, iCIMS, etc.).
• Work with the BAM HRIS Team on file feed integrations, ensuring seamless data transfer and system compatibility.
• Ensure HRIS operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and industry standards.
• Manage MSR/Lakeview user access across HR systems.
• Handle related system maintenance responsibilities and service requests.
• Lead MSR/Lakeview system update initiatives and projects (e.g. data cleanup, unused features, new dashboards/reporting).
• Partner with the BAM HRIS Team on continuous process improvement initiatives within the HRIS framework.
• Complete a variety of audit requests, assessments and rating agency report requests.
• Configure complex internal and external reports. Work on continuous enhancements for current reports.
• Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of HRIS management experience required.
• Proficiency in HRIS software, particularly UKG, is highly desired (formerly UltiPro).
• Prior experience creating simple to complex reports, including designing dashboards and running a variety of reports in Cognos BI and Microsoft BI.
• System administration experience in ServiceNow and iCIMS is highly preferred.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to independently prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to produce accurate work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, and use independent judgment in performing duties.
