Overview:
Florida Home-Improvement Associates (FHIA), a company backed by Renuity, is hiring a Finance Specialist to join its growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Finance Specialist will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our third-party Finance vendors. The goal is to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization's credibility.

Base pay of $18.00/hr

What You'll Do:

Creates and implements credit submittal processes from Sales Representatives to the finance department

Process credit applications involving deals requesting financing

Handle any change orders, modifications or other issues arising during any loan process

Resolve any issues regarding loan approvals or rejections in a timely manner with lenders directly

Process funding of all loan documents

Process all Applications requested after denial of conventional loans

Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems

Constant communication with any/all Finance employees on the status contracts, credit apps, and measure folders

Assist your Finance staff with their workloads if requested

What You'll Bring:

Familiarity with dealing with customer needs.

Able to clarify information accurately over the phone.

Provide solutions for sales and customers in a timely manner.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels
