Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hospitality and Class-A office buildout projects from conception through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Address project challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and services, managing contracts and ensuring adherence to regulations and budget constraints.
  • Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and correspondence.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on hospitality and Class-A office buildouts.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
