Job Purpose:
We seek a motivated and outgoing Field Marketer to represent our company by visiting businesses, medical providers and attending community events. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and local businesses, promote our discount plans and services, and drive membership growth. As a vital part of our team, you will enjoy the opportunity to achieve company goals and financial success through a competitive base salary + commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing activities using a company-provided vehicle, visiting businesses, healthcare providers, and events.
- Professionally represent the company and promote our services to drive new memberships.
- Manage and nurture leads through a CRM system for businesses, healthcare providers, and membership subscriptions.
- Collaborate with in-office teams to oversee provider enrollments, pricing, customer service, and related data management.
- Plan and execute an organized route daily to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure the best use of time in the field.
- Execute field marketing campaigns to increase membership, leveraging networking and community outreach.
- Build relationships with key community groups and leaders to identify new membership opportunities.
- Report regularly on progress, including goals achieved and plans.
- Participate in marketing duties at community and industry events as needed.
- Perform other marketing duties to support the company's overall growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently and manage fieldwork with minimal supervision.
- Excellent ability to stay focused.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset, committed to achieving personal and company goals.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in outside marketing and sales.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational abilities, including planning efficient daily routes for maximum productivity.
- Ability to lift, carry, and pull objects (signs, tables, chairs, promo items for events) and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The candidate should be eager to reach company goals while striving for personal financial success through base salary + competitive commissions.
Working Conditions:
- It is essential that the candidate be a self-starter who can take initiative, resolve issues, and work with minimal supervision.
- Travel to various locations is required using a company-supplied vehicle.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Participation in community and company events outside of regular business hours may be necessary, depending on need.
