  • Efficient Office Management: You will handle all administrative tasks, process incoming emails, and manage office supply orders to keep everything well-stocked and running smoothly.
  • Planning & Coordination: You organize appointments, meetings, and presentations, ensuring that everyone on the team is up to date.
  • Key Liaison Role: You serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries, collaborating closely with other locations to guarantee seamless information flow.
