Qualifications ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives.

4. Begins to develop Subject Matter expertise in the scientific and technical field and employs understanding of complex analytic methodologies and issues to effectively present and defend judgments to decision makers.
5. Identifies available resources and constraints that impact the effectiveness of work assignments, and develops plans that effectively utilize resources and overcome obstacles. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Sample exploitation experience and/or working knowledge of laboratory requirements including personnel safety, sample handling, information management systems, and quality assurance programs.
2. Previous experience writing intelligence reports and utilizing IC reporting tools.
3. Program management and contracting experience is preferred. Basic Requirements 1. Degree: biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR 2. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education. Additional information DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601.
