Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Plasma Centers (Pharma) to lead and execute critical projects across multiple locations. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of technology deployment and operational processes, from design and testing to implementation and transition into service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics, project management, and stakeholder communication, with hands-on experience in vendor management and resource leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for technology deployment in Plasma Centers (Pharma) and commercial environments.

Oversee all project phases, including design, testing, implementation, and service transition.

Manage and optimize logistics, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations.

Implement and oversee user-facing technology, including mobile devices, scanning systems, and other critical tools.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, ranging from engineering to senior leadership, ensuring effective resource management.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project components.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating project updates and influencing decision-making.

Provide robust reporting and data analysis to drive project success.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

Must have significant experience in Plasma Center (Pharma) environments.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-location projects involving technology deployment.

Strong background in logistics, with the ability to organize and lead projects at all levels.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Proven vendor management skills and experience working with external partners.

Ability to influence and drive project outcomes through clear, strategic communication.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience with mobile devices, scanning systems, or other user-facing technologies.

Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics sector.
