Job description

  • Work closely with CM to coordinate scheduling needs.
  • Open/close the location based on business needs and hours of operation.
  • Monitor cancellations and ensure adherence with all cancellation policies and procedures.
  • Support patients and families during on-site visits/services.
  • Provide Behavior Technician (BT) services in the home, school, clinic and/or community settings, as agreed upon and as determined, by Regional Director and Clinical Manager.
  • Maintain patient files and ensure compliance with all required regulations and company procedures.
  • Consistently implement treatment plans (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software.
  • Participate in on-going training, evaluations, and meetings, as required.
  • Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (relevant college degree and coursework, preferred).
  • Must have at least two (2) years of prior experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Must have at least 6 months to one (1) year of prior experience, working with children (or similar related job experience).
  • Desire to work with children, experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferred.
  • Availability to work at least part-time hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required, to accommodate patient and staffing needs.
