Perform formal system testing activities for projects or subset of a larger project. Perform analysis of documented user requirements and assist in the design of test plans in support of user requirements. Support all phases of risk management assessment and system development. Ensure that the test design and documentation supports all applicable clients, agency or industry standards, timelines and budgets. Ensure test conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Generally, performs work independently and applies expertise to multiple, complex work assignments. Base Qualifications: US Citizen with an Active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Able to report to Ft. Meade or other offices in the Capital Region. Detailed Qualifications:
4+ years supporting professional services and/or IT-related projects, preferably Department of Defense (DoD). BA/BS or MA/MS degree in a related area. Required Skills:
Technical expertise and experience with test and evaluation (T&E) master plans; T&E methodologies and technologies; T&E evaluation and assessment plans; test plans, procedures, and reports; design plans; software T&E documentation; T&E matrices, crosswalks, schedules; T&E issues, criteria, characteristics, and parameters; and T&E associated annexes and attachments. Experience interacting with users and project teams on test issues. Possesses expertise for the interchange of technical test information and data with government, contractors, other test agencies, and stakeholders on matters relating to developmental test, integrated test, certification test, and operational test planning. Skilled and experienced at providing technical input and expertise on all matters pertaining to the effective management and control of test cost and schedule. Preferred Skills:
Experience with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), or similar Defense agency, and associated stakeholders in a Defense environment is preferred. Halvik offers a competitive full benefits package including:
