Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analyst to join our team Job Description: The TDL Project Analyst II evaluates program operations and recommends improvements. The TDL Project Analyst II is a journeyman experienced in improving overall operational performance. The TDL Project Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel. Responsibilities Include: Identify trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies. Conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience. Clearance Requirements: Must have an active/current TS/SCI security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of position-specific relevant experience. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 15lbs The projected compensation range for this position is $71,800-$119,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
