The Opportunity: Many organizations know where they want to go but need Strategy and Change Consultants to help them get there. We're looking for a Strategy and Change Consultant who can partner with clients to help them identify their vision and long-term goals, as well as help them successfully navigate large-scale organizational changes. As a Strategy and Change Consultant, your role will be to partner with your client to conduct assessments and analyses. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll help create a holistic view of the organization, as well as data-driven approaches to transform. The role of a Strategy and Change Consultant is highly collaborative and will often require a moderate to high level of interaction with middle and senior level executives. Join us. You Have: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational change management, organizational effectiveness, or organizational design and alignment Experience planning and implementing data gathering and analysis approaches including facilitation of interviews and focus groups with senior-level clients Experience with project management Ability to lead a team or guide junior colleagues toward a project outcome Ability to forge relationships with key client contacts Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff, as well as clients Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Federal Government or DoD agencies Knowledge of MS Office Suite Possession of critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and proactive skills Master's degree Change Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
