Job description

Title Strategy Analyst Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Strategy Analyst to integrate operational planning with programming requirements to help implement priorities and guidance for strategic initiatives. Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative and executive support services. Plan, research, write, and edit internal and external publications and guidelines to keep the organization informed about current strategy and associated implementation initiatives. Assist with developing communication products including but shall not limited to executive remarks/messaging, mass mailings, SharePoint maintenance, fact sheets, newsletters, posters, reports, press releases, surveys, and presentations. Develop, implement, and evaluate effective communications strategies, materials, and programs that promote enhanced engagement with stakeholders. Brief Government leadership as needed on the agency's Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy Activities implementation, including handling, drafting, reviewing, and packaging correspondence, communications, and messaging-including pre-decisional supervisor messaging, For Official Use Only (FOUO), personnel, and other sensitive content. Facilitate discussions and collaborate with subject matter experts to accomplish the agency's ES Strategy Activities, initiatives, and documentation. Support the logistics of strategy workshops, forums, meetings, and interviews, and support content development. Report progress/status in the monthly Task Order Report. Develop, maintain, and implement a Strategy Communications Plan quarterly which provides a strategy and tactical approach for establishing, promoting, and maintaining communication and the collaborative efforts with its workforce, customers, service delivery partners, and stakeholders. The Communications Plan shall provide standards for consistent, accurate, and scheduled communications; awareness and update the workforce on and promote mission, vision, and cultural values; and establish capabilities for enhanced visibility of organizational services and accomplishments.Requirements for this position shall include: Experience building Statement of Works/Performance Work Statements and procurement packages. Bachelor's degree in business, or business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience Minimum ten (10) years of experience in strategic planning and communications. Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management, software or systems engineering. Ability to utilize office automation hardware, and software applications in the preparation of written documentation, databases, spreadsheets, and briefing presentations etc.One Year of experience in: Provide administrative and executive support services. Support the logistics of strategy workshops, forums, meetings, and interviews, and support content development. Report progress/status in the monthly Task Order Report. Develop reference materials, guidance, and a repository of Strategy documentation. Assist with updating and implementing OFAM's ES Strategy Activities. Support the ES Strategy Working Group. Manage Strategic Plan Activities assigned to OFAM for execution, i.e. Data Driven Decisions, and Enhanced Partnership focus areas for 2024 - 2026. Update activities per ES Strategy enhancement through the contract period of performance. Oversee operational and other business rhythm activities, to include weekly updates and set priorities, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) or performance measures quarterly. Track progress towards established goals.? Participate in the ES Strategy Working Group on behalf of OFAM. Desired Qualifications for this position include: Experience working with DOD or IC acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects The ability to effectively comprehend and convey information with and from others in writing and verbal communications.
