This is a Contingent Hire position. Place of Performance: Department of Energy's (DOE) James Forrestal Building, located at 1000 Independence Avenue, S.W Washington D.C. 20585 and at the Contractor's facility. Scope
This effort is to assist the NA-MB-1.4 with effective communication, collaboration, and data collection for formulation, cost plan, and execution through management of information systems to include data definitions, system guidance, and policy documents; stakeholder requirements gathering for process and system functionality; user training; and configuration of reports and dashboards to programs, sites, and management. This will include a combination of subject matter expertise in the areas of cost data collection, formulation, execution, work breakdown structures (WBS), dashboard configuration, and policy writing. The office also needs administrative management of documentation, communication, and process management in these areas with the ability to reach back to technical experts in engineering, scientific, and operational disciplines central to NNSA. The Stakeholder SME is responsible for the following: • Possess a minimum of 25 years of experience and knowledge of the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) and its Integrated Contractors and programmatic requirements and budget structure for program management support. • Collaborate with stakeholders and user organizations including Managing and Operating partners, Federal Program Managers, Program Analysts, and Budget Personnel throughout NNSA to define, collect, normalize (where needed) program specific information.
• Provide support to NNSA with correspondence, inquiries, and engagements of external stakeholders.
