Kadiak, LLC Job ID Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst with an active Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington DC. This will be a 6-month temporary position. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The Senior Intelligence Analyst will: Provide exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations to personnel Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to a verity of projects Develop and preparing presentation materials for a wide audience Shall have experience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills Produce written documentation, to include, but not limited to procedures and instruction Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions to problems Support complex, international federal drug investigations requiring rapid solutions in supporting developing investigative actions. Analyst has experience in supporting large-scale law enforcement actions with detailed financial/budgetary logistics in planning, supporting, and advising on financial support of the proposed actions. Understand track illicit flow of illegally begotten funds and possesses knowledge of investigative techniques and requirement utilizes in proposed initiatives Knowledge of the complex and ever-changing policies in place with DOJ relating to funding issues, financial movements within budgetary policies and authorities. Demonstrate knowledge with law enforcement operations and the techniques to financially support rapidly evolving actions within real-world, counter-narcotics operations. Analyst has experience in budgetary planning to support established investigative steps in an international capacity Required Education, Experience & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting, or comparable financial field or other similar areas Ten (10) Years of Experience Four (4) years recent work experience, above the minimum experience, performing management support activities, conducting project or program analysis, management studies, operations research, program evaluation, or related management support in a government, military or private sector company or organization. Excellent written and oral communication Relationship/Stakeholder management Processing funds and payments Tracking expenditures Performing audits Performing reconciliation Tracking budget to actual expenditures Performing budget forecasts and projections Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
