Job Description BAE Systems Intelligence division is searching for a Senior ICAM Database Administrator to join us supporting an IT effort with the FBI located in Washington DC. As a Senior ICAM Database Administrator, the expectation is to install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements. Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions. Ensures data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations. Develops and promotes standard operating procedures. Conducts routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation. Responsibilities include:
• Administer, monitor, and maintain ICAM systems across FBI network enclaves.
• Perform routine system health checks, backups, and recovery operations.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and support security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Systems Administrator to implement system updates and changes. Required Education, Experience, & Skills In order to be successful in this position must possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in systems administration.
Strong experience with Active Directory, group policies, and network services.
Experience with cloud-based environments, particularly Azure.
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in a federal IT environment is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
