Are you motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail? Sourceree is looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support the Department of Defense (DoD). Reporting to the Government Program Director, you'll play a key role in supporting decision-making and budget planning, including preparing, analyzing budgets, and monitoring fund execution. The role processes various forms of data input into the financial system, spreadsheets, databases, and other computer systems used by the office, tracking and reporting in various formats. Essential Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management. Manage and prioritize the DASD's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events.
Coordinate and prepare materials for briefings, presentations, and meetings, often involving senior leadership.
Oversee travel logistics, including Defense Travel System (DTS) arrangements, and prepare travel reports.
Monitor the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Prepare and proofread classified and unclassified documentation, adhering to DoD guidelines.
Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
Support high-level meetings, managing agendas, tracking action items, and preparing meeting summaries.
Assist in strategic planning and special projects, providing organizational and administrative support.
Minimum Job Requirements
Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) in Business Management, Management, or equivalent field. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred.
Eight (8) years' experience supporting senior executives in government or corporate environments.
Proficiency in managing schedules, travel, and logistics in classified environments, using DTS and CATMS systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience drafting and reviewing complex documents.
Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
Travel requirements: Security Clearance: ability to acquire and maintain at minimum a Secret Clearance, but up to a Top Secret clearance as required.
