Corner Alliance, a dynamic and growing consulting firm dedicated to an enriching employee experience is looking for a Senior Analyst with 6+ years of experience supporting programs for the Federal government, with strengths in compliance, regulations, relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven analysis and delivery. The Consultant will join our Washington, DC team and contribute to meaningful work for our Federal government clients. This position requires an active Secret clearance. About the Role:
You will provide leadership and data analysis to a Federal government client with a focus on supporting a compliance program for research, development, testing, and evaluation for programs that safeguard biological chemical agents. This role is an opportunity for you to join a consulting team that supports meaningful and mission-oriented work to our Federal government clients. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform in highly specialized subject areas such as biological agents, chemical agents, biological weapons, chemical weapons, dual use research, animal testing, human subjects research, complex financial systems, foreign investment, and treaty compliance for arms control
- Provide technical and/or specialized guidance concerning complex problems/challenges in the subject matter field
- Lead initiatives to enhance delivery processes across tasks for system-wide, cross-task activities such as configuration management, risk management, subcontractor management, and quality assurance - Support the collection and analysis of programmatic data -both quantitative and qualitative - to inform program and policy decisions
- Lead the development of professional, data-driven reports to support program objectives
- Support coordination of tasking, review, and submission of all reporting documents, briefing materials, and other artifacts such as briefing memos, issue papers, and technical reports
- Perform analysis and studies
- Provide leadership and guidance for other Analysts
- Prepare reports and give presentations
- Support the risk mitigation and quality assurance process for all deliverables

You will work as part of a remote team, and as needed onsite in metro-accessible Washington, DC. Required Experience/Skills: - This position requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to acquire a Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience supporting Federal government programs
- Regulatory construction and interpretation Regulatory compliance
- Experience collecting and analyzing programmatic data-both quantitative and qualitative-to inform program and policy decisions
- Experience with task management, coordination, review, and submission of project deliverables such as memos, stakeholder reports, policy agreements, issue papers, and technical reports
- Experience working with lean tools that enhance stakeholder coordination and project team efficiencies - Experience working on a day-to-day basis with senior clients and/or senior officials
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts to inform and develop operational and policy outputs - Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive in making changes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; skilled in writing, editing, and knowledge management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Proactive problem solver and comfortable creating order from ambiguity
- Demonstrates a positive attitude even when faced with changes or adversity Preferred Experience/Skills: - Active Top Secret Clearance
- Previous experience in consulting, project management, business writing, meeting preparation and facilitation, and/or stakeholder outreach
