Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust. Baer is looking for anSAP Supply Chain Planning Architect - Part time for a 12-month Federal remote project. Title:SAP Supply Chain Planning Architect - Part time Location:Remote and Washington DC Duration: 12 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Description: Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning solutions tailored to Federal Government needs, ensuring alignment with DoD standards. Develop and optimize supply chain planning strategies using SAP IBP and eSPP, focusing on both inter-agency and intra-agency coordination. Collaborate with public sector clients, ensuring that planning solutions meet state-level public sector requirements. Facilitate workshops with functional (business) teams to gather requirements, present planning solutions, and support decision-making processes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations on supply chain planning and forecasting within the S/4HANA environment. Ensure compliance with Federal Government regulations and standards throughout the implementation lifecycle. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through complex supply chain planning challenges and aligning solutions with broader organizational goals. Requirements: Extensive experience working with Federal Government agencies, particularly the Department of Defense (DoD). At least minimal experience in state-level public sector projects. Proven experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA, with a deep understanding of the platforms capabilities and functionalities. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes (IBP, eSPP) at a governmental level, with experience in managing inter-agency and intra-agency planning efforts. Experience in leading workshops with functional (business) teams, guiding discussions, and facilitating decision-making processes. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus. Public Trust Security Clearanceisthe lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
