Job description

Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Research Security Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Chief Operating Officer (COO) activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Support the Lead Research Security Analyst and Operations in standing up the research security risk review (countering foreign influence) program in compliance with NSPM-33 and the Chips Act. 2) Utilize analytic techniques and software tools to review documentation submitted with proposal submissions and assess security risk of organizations and individuals 3) Prepare reports, briefs, and communications to convey security risk findings to internal and external stakeholders. 4) Strong analytical, organization and communication skills 5) Strong writing skills and ability to prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders REQUIREMENTS: 1) Experience providing foreign influence/security risk assessments to R&D Organizations 2) Experience supporting research security at Federal or Federal Contractor facility - Knowledge of NSPM-33, Chips Act, and Federal implementation guidance 3) Experience with relevant analytical tools for collecting and reviewing financial conflicts, industrial risks and ownership concerns, and ties to foreign malign entities and talent programs 1) Education: Bachelors Degree, may consider military service in lieu of Bachelor's degree if all other requirements are met. 2) Clearance: Active SECRET required; TOP SECRET preferred; NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain) SA is an equal opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
