Job Title: Project Supervisor - Mega 5 Litigation Support Team Job Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid: Remote and In-Office) 20579 Onsite Requirements: ediscovery tools litigation support legal acumen Job Description: The Mega 5 Litigation Support Team, supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, DC, is seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile litigation cases and contribute to the DOJ's mission by managing critical litigation support tasks. Key Responsibilities: Work under the direction of a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager. Oversee large-scale litigation support tasks, including document discovery and document collection for cases involving millions of pages. Supervise out-of-town trial support centers as needed. Assist Project Managers with smaller cases, managing activities like responsive/privilege review and the production of witness binders. Supervise and coordinate Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first-line supervisors. Regularly interact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and other Contractor components. Ensure successful execution of complex litigation support activities, including eDiscovery and technical/data processing. Develop and implement detailed project plans for litigation support by anticipating needs and managing resources. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support projects. At least one year of supervisory experience with strong communication skills for client and attorney interaction. Expertise in managing multiple complex litigation support activities simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of litigation support processes, including technical and eDiscovery tasks. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with Government office and network environments, including office automation networks and PC-based applications like Oracle and Relativity. Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools, including ESI tools. Undergraduate degree (substantial experience may be considered in lieu of a degree). S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in document review, coding layouts, and supervising document review using Relativity. Technology Assisted Review (TAR) experience. A law degree, technical certification, or relevant graduate degree. Paralegal experience. Prior trial experience. Work Environment: Hybrid position; must report to the office in Washington, DC, at least once per week and as required by project needs. Required Skills: Two or more years of experience in litigation support projects. Supervisory experience with clients and attorneys. Expertise in eDiscovery tools, particularly hands-on experience with Relativity or similar platforms. Desired Skills: Technology Assisted Review (TAR) experience. Trial experience and paralegal background. Familiarity with coding layouts and conducting document reviews in Relativity. Clearance Required: S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. This position is a 12+ month contract, offering the opportunity to work alongside the DOJ on some of the nation's most significant litigation cases.
