Job description

Seeking IT Program Managers for a variety of DOD and IC clients within the DMV area. Top secret/ or secret cleared professionals highly desired. Positions require US citizenship or valid greencard. We have a varity of great opportunities within defense contracting world. Responsibilities Include: Engage and collaborate with program and functional organizations (from individual contributors to executive staff) to obtain, understand, and interpret project needs to effectively meet program milestones. Track and manage projects utilizing project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA. Manage and maintain the day-to-day interfaces and communications between the Program Management Office (PMO) Baseline, Manage, Control, and Close project(s) using a project management framework approach such as Agile or Scrum. Coordinate budget and schedule performance through project life cycle Assess, track, and mitigate cost and schedule risk supported by quantitative and predictive analyses. Facilitate internal meetings to support design, production, and problem resolution. Basic Qualifications A Bachelor's degree 5+ years of relevant work experience Experience managing budgets, business process analysis, and/or program management support Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, MS Project, and Power Point Demonstrated ability working with cross organizational teams and customers Demonstrated ability to present and communicate to variety of audiences from peers to senior leadership Security clearance: TS/SCI or Secret Clearance Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Experience with DoD related projects.
