Job Number: R Program Management Analyst, Senior
Key Role: Serve as a Program Management Analyst to assist a complex Enterprise IT transformation initiative and program daily. Maintain responsibility for overseeing the results of a multi-disciplinary or functional team of government and contractor staff. Coordinate with key senior government leadership within the program across multiple areas, including daily schedules and calendars, action items, status reports, briefs or presentations to senior leadership, and program finan cia ls or responses to finan cia l drills. Basic Qualifications: Experience with Project Management Organization ( PMO ) best practices, processes, procedures, and tools Experience with Agile Methodology Ability to lead and mentor junior staff while maintaining cadence of tra nsa ctional work and ensuring on-time delivery Ability to display excellent situational and reading comprehension in a highly dynamic environment Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with DoD and DoN policy , instruction, and guidance for an ACAT I Acquisition Program or large IT Acquisition Program Office Experience with planning, design, implementation, and continual improvement of an internal or external PMO Knowledge of program or project management and scheduling, database, ITSM, and risk management tools Ability to forge t rus ted relationships with key government clients and produce high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Possession of excellent time management and interpersonal skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Project Management Professional Certification SAFE or SCRUM Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
