PowerApps Developer Washington DC Metro area / Hybrid (2-3 Days onsite) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PowerApps Developer with a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing digital solutions using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Dataverse, and will be capable of designing and implementing creative solutions to address complex business challenges. This role requires a proactive, independent thinker who can work both autonomously and collaboratively, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Dataverse). Collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and translate business needs into efficient digital solutions. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions that optimize business processes. Act as a Power Platform subject matter expert, providing insights on best practices, development strategies, and potential improvements. Communicate technical details and complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements: Experience: Extensive industry experience with Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Dataverse, ideally focused on Power Platform development for multiple years. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Power Platform tools with a proven ability to design creative solutions to meet business needs. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and explain technical topics to a non-technical audience. Work Ethic: Self-motivated and independent thinker who can work with minimal supervision. Clearance: Active Common Access Card (CAC) or other security clearance. Location: DMV-based, with availability to work on-site 2-3 days a week. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a federal or government contracting environment.
