Job description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Serve as a one stop shop to PSCs in talent management and customer service functions. Understand USAID PSC contract requirements, allowances, and benefits including but not limited to leave, travel, training, System for Award Management (SAM) registration, security and medical clearances, and insurance reimbursement policies and procedures. Liaise with the PSC Association and other key staffing stakeholders across BHA; serve as a conduit for BHA PSC information; and support the PSC Liaison Team Lead in revising and maintaining resource guides. Organize PSC onboarding, offboarding, FAQs, and conduct regular touchpoints with PSCs. Aid Supervisors and BHA Teams to organize annual performance evaluations and ensure contract deadlines are met. As needed, organize, and participate in PSC engagement activities, including but not limited to recruitment fairs. Facilitate planning and documentation requirements for ad hoc PSC approvals related to leave, service dates, employment, insurance, etc. Other duties as assigned. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience: BS 2+ Years, MS 0+ Years, or HS 6+ Years Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Required to have US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance for the duration of your employment. Other Qualifications and Requirements Possess excellent judgment and reliability; Have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Be able to multi-task and work under deadlines in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; Be capable of prioritizing tasks and follow up on actions without prompting; Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances; and Be willing to go the extra mile and participate as an active team member who assists other team members as necessary. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: In-person work requirement with the ability to telework; Lifting in excess of 25 lbs, standing for long periods of time, transporting equipment, etc. may be required depending on role. Full pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
