Job description

Salary Range Full salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Conducts recurring meetings with respective business units. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Consults with PMO and corporate office to provide relevant guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in performance management and competency development for teams and individuals. Provides performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Facilitate ongoing development of supervisors via training sessions, 1:1 meetings, communities of practice, etc. Provides guidance and interpretation for GHTASC policies related to performance management, employee supervision, and individual learning. Contribute to policy development. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Identifies and monitors individual learning needs such as courses, stretch assignments, coaching, or a variety of other development options. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. Supports programs designed to foster employee engagement efforts via team building, survey analysis, communications, recognition, wellbeing, and related events. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience with responsibilities in employee performance management, coaching, DEI, employee engagement, learning and development. US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency with the ability to obtain and maintain a Facility Access clearance is required. For Permanent Residents, this means having resided in the US for at least 3 of the past 5 years. Bachelor's degree preferred. ATD or SHRM credentials preferred; Certification in administering leadership or other behavioral assessments strongly desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
