The Senior Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and implementation of the OCM Plan which spans across communication, training, and adoption. This plan should enhance organizational readiness and stakeholder ability to successfully change. The Senior OCM Lead Consultant has in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing OCM theories and models (i.e., Prosci's ADKAR) and experience developing and conducting OCM assessments. With a strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics, the Senior OCM Lead Consultant must develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including identifying the specific changes impacting each group. The OCM Lead Consultant understands the needs of stakeholders and coordinates with the communication and training specialists to deliver a holistic OCM implementation plan. The OCM plan should include, but not limited to, Coaching, OCM Training, Resistance, Engagements, Communications, and Sponsor Roadmap. The OCM Lead Consultant should be able to identify and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success of organizational changes. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to manage an OCM team and work cross-functionally
Strong written and verbal communications
Experience with identifying diverse stakeholder groups and ability to tailor communications
Professional consulting experience with the federal government
Experience creating a wide range of OCM related assets
Ability to form strong and trusted client relationships from executive and senior management levels to frontline staff
Strong technical / functional understanding to interpret to various audiences
Experience in project management, business analysis, or other related fields that involve managing change.
Experience in organizational development or project management
Proficiency in change management approaches, instruments, and procedures, and experience in leading organizations through all phases of change, from preparation and execution to assessment and monitoring. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience with SAP/ SAP Concur
Prosci Certified
Active Public Trust clearance
