We are looking for an IT Project Manager who can translate larger program goals and incorporate IT network and engineering concepts into well-designed project plans to assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You know that project managers touch every part of an organization and wear multiple hats, from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in organizational development and being a key contributor to team success. You will work directly with clients to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You'll empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You'll e nga ge with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress. You'll write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 5+ years of experience in DoD Program or Project Management Experience developing senior level briefs, whitepapers, executive summaries, translating technical reports, and conducting analysis Experience with planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering medium to large-scale DoD Information Technology (IT) projects or programs Experience with agile principles, stakeholder management, and action tracking and prioritization Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle or IT Service Management (ITSM) framework Knowledge of IT te chn ical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with supporting Navy IT programs or operations Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
