About This Role: A MARS Functional Use Manager to support the MARS PMO in working through challenges to improve MARS system and user functionality.
Responsibilities: The Functional Use Manager provides services that include assisting with governance functions, planning, application reviews, documentation, preparation and maintenance of IT related correspondence, surveys, information updates, policy/directive reviews, and release management support using MARS directed tools/processes/documentation (i.e. Risk Management Framework (RMF), Process & Lifecycle Utility Service (PLUS), and Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM), etc.). Shall work with Government led team to gather requirements from customers, create associated documentation, work with developers to estimate and build solutions, and facilitate projects utilizing agile development methodologies. The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Must have experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, events,
Must have experience in finding trends, errors and reviewing data with report writing skills.
