Responsibilities We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and develop effective communications programs. The ideal candidate will work to execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and contribute to content creation while ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Increase brand awareness by managing the company's presence across social media platforms and the company website.
Leverage company assets such as white papers, case studies, and tutorial videos to generate customer interest and collect prospect contact information.
Implement marketing tactics to build an "opt-in" list of prospects and nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
Support conference coordination, ensuring company representation and smooth logistics for marketing-related events.
Coordinate with the Cheif Marketing Officer (CMO) on strategic marketing initiatives and provide administrative support for various marketing activities.
Lead marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the company's services, products, and brand to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Create marketing communications programs to promote the organization and its products, including graphics, brochures, fact sheets, and promotional materials.
Research and develop content for product publication across various media and markets.
Prepare presentations and speeches as required.
Provide input on the creation of marketing communication budgets and plans.
Execute integrated marketing communications projects using advertising, promotions, direct response, events, trade shows, and digital platforms.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, providing recommendations to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with outside vendors and internal teams to develop trade show strategies and ensure effective branding.
Work with other departments and outside vendors on the design and content of the company's website.
Qualifications BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10 Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of social media management and website content updates.
Experience with marketing automation tools and building lead funnels.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate conferences, and provide input on marketing budgets.
Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
