Description SAIC is seeking a Management Analyst candidate to support the Secret and Below Releasable Environment (SABRE) program in the Air Force Cloud One Common Computing Environment (CCE) under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to continue our current work building out the Secret and Below Releasable Environment (SABRE) program within Air Force Cloud One. SABRE is a key component of the DoD Operational Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and the DoD strategy on how to send, secure and share critical data to United States and its global mission partners as quickly possible, reduce the cost of maintaining multiple bilateral and multilateral networks, and secure the mission partner ally enterprise networks and information domains against constantly evolving near peer adversaries. SABRE also serves as a pathfinder in developing Zero-Trust (ZT) policy at the DoD and Service-levels on the combatant use of Information Domains as a contested warfighting environment and the future of data-centric operations. This position is 100% remote. Job Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end service delivery analysis on user needs, task flow, interface design, and usability. Develop human factors design, testing and applied research for telecommunications products and services, including user/task: flow analysis, process modeling and interface design. Plan and executes usability experiments and studies in a variety of user environments. Perform statistical analysis of behavioral and subjective user data. Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope. Conduct user research to identify any goals, needs, behaviors, and pain points involved with a product interaction. Work closely with customer success teams to ensure they have the necessary resources, tools, and knowledge to support customers effectively. Provide guidance and training to customer-facing teams, equipping them to understand customer missions and deliver tailored solutions. Developing user personas based on target customers. Create user journey maps to analyze customer interaction with a product. Perform user testing to validate design decisions and identify problems. Collaborate with stakeholders, UI designers, and developers. Design interactive elements, such as scrollers, buttons, toggles, drop-down menus, and text fields. Make high-fidelity wireframes and layouts to show what the final design will look like. Work closely with developers to convert designs into a working product. Interact with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information. Interface with all areas of project including customer, computer services, and client services to align customer experience goals. Client may be internal or external to company. May be responsible for scheduling and arranging for meetings, for researching and securing requested information, and for researching, compiling and proofing of various reports and studies. May take and/or transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, respond to customer/client/employee inquiries, and other administrative duties as required. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelors and 0 years related experience; prefer Bachelors Degree in UI/UX. Required Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment. US citizenship required. Required Qualifications: Experience with Design Thinking. Business Analyst skills relating to communication, coordination and relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other office software and applications is necessary. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Attention to detail, accuracy and organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Desired Qualifications: A certificate or associate degree in office administration, business administration, or a related field. Knowledge of office procedures, policies and systems. Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
