Management Analyst lll - OCR 100% on-site Washington, DC Ability to obtain Public Trust Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Management Analyst l to provide support to the Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control (HCFAC) Division. The primary duty of this position is to anticipate and relieve the executive of administrative functions. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform duties for executive management. The position requires the ability to perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Appointments, calendars, schedules, and customer service. Mail, correspondence, and reports; Internal and external contract work. Meeting preparation and assistance; Interacting with appropriate staff within OCR to get needed information; arranging meetings and travel coordination. Must have advanced computer (proficient in using Microsoft suite products) and internet research skills. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Be able to handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office. Be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Prepare daily briefing materials for leadership. Rely on experience and judgment to plan/accomplish goals and anticipate/adapt to leadership needs. Able to multitask (supporting multiple personnel and projects), meet quick turnaround deadlines, maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments, etc. Required Skills and Experience: Prior experience in a Federal agency, HHS preferred. Candidates who have completed the HHS security clearance process and onboarding are preferred. Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive (minimum eight (8) years of related work experience). Proficiency in: Microsoft Word - Including tables. Excel PowerPoint Scheduling using Zoom and Teams Visio Meeting arrangements Proofreading for typos, grammar, and content Other Desired Skills: Work well with superiors and teams, Able to work under pressure and tight timelines, Flexible to meet changing demands and priorities.
