Job description

Government Contractor seeking a Junior Research Analyst with experience working with suicide prevention programs. This is a fully remote position.


Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Senior Behavior Analyst with research on suicide prevention, strategic development, implementation, centralization, standardization, communication, evaluation, suicide programs, policies, research, and surveillance activities.
  • Assist Senior BA with research services for 6 Roundtable Events centered around priorities for suicide prevention policy oversight, compliance, and responsibilities.
  • Make recommendations on plan design, administration, regulatory application, and compliance.
  • Research and provide analysis and review, assessment of contract compliance and performance measurement, vendor evaluation, and auditing assistance.
  • Assist Senior BA with research services related to health care industry regulations and best practices, to include evaluation of the cost effect of changes in benefits, development of short and long-term financial projections for self-insured medical plans, and advise on vendor performance guarantees for customer services and third party administrator programs.
  • Identify Stakeholders based on Research.
  • Provide Environmental Scan by conducting background research, data analysis, and stakeholder identification.
  • Conduct research on how to combat suicide in the military community and provide holistic support to Service members and their families through policy, oversight, and engagement to positively impact individual beliefs and behaviors, as well as instill systemic culture change.
  • Assist Senior BA with drafting and organizing research-informed agendas.
  • Contribute to follow-up activities by gathering data and supporting the creation of reports and articles.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of information used for event planning and documentation.
  • Attend all company and agency meetings regarding requirements.
  • All other duties as required.




  • Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and adept at working independently.
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 3-5 years experience required.
  • Former government experience a plus.
