Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service management Team Lead to support a 5-year contract with the federal government. Perform Rick Management across all ITSM areas. Responsibilities: Oversee the IT Service Management Team in the delivery of Configuration and Change Management, Release and Deployment, Life Cycle Management, IT Asset Management and perform risk Management. Responsible for the development and delivery of all IT Service management specific contract deliverables to include:
- Rick Management Plan
- Service Design Packages
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management Database (AMDB)
- Release and Deployment Framework
Risk Management: Provides active management of risks and mitigation plans/strategies and provide Course of Action (COA) to perform across all service management areas to ensure availability, reliability, and minimal user impact. • Establish and execute a risk management program in accordance with DoD and NDU policies and procedures and document the program in the Risk Management Plan. • Update the status of existing and new Contractor risks for inclusion in the MSR (See PWS Section 2.1.2.6).
• Prepare and present new program risks with possible COA/proposed mitigation plans and strategies and report on the mitigation status of existing risks.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience. 2. At least 10 years of proven experience in IT Service Management
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders. 5. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Security Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance
