Job description

The Garrett Group is seeking ISR specialists to support the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) mission to provide a broad range of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) under the Secretary of Defense approved Charter of the Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations Center, Chairman's Controlled Activity (JISROC CCA). This team will support the CJCS with planning, integrating, and coordinating ISR in support of strategic and global operations and advocating for ISR capabilities. Contract just started so great time to come on board! Expertise to support Assessments: At least five (5) years of current, defined as within the past seven (7) years, and relevant experience in assessing, working, and coordinating staff ISR operational issues. At least five (5) years of current, defined as within the past seven (7) years, and relevant experience working with the intelligence cycle and related DoD collection operations, platforms, and sensors. At least five (5) years of relevant joint or US CCMD Headquarters intelligence or ISR action officer experience. At least five (5) years of current experience, defined as within the past seven (7) years, in IT systems configuration and familiarization with current and future ISR capabilities. At least nine (9) years of current and relevant experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across Combatant Commands, Services, interagency and the joint military environment. At least nine (9) years of current and relevant experience in analyzing, reviewing, producing, disseminating, and publishing formal documentation (briefings, memoranda, instructions, etc.) pertaining to ISR. Specifically, experience in J-32 functions to include:
-Global ISR execution and ISR Scientific and Technical implementation orders
-Global Force Management (GFM) ISR Sourcing Recommendations
-Global ISR Laydown and ISR GFM "Coloring Book"
-ISR Operational Assessments (quantitative and qualitative)
-ISR Capability & Advocacy Studies (e.g. High Altitude Transition Assessment)
-Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) and Joint Staff Logbook
