Intermediate Management and Program Analyst (MAPA) Site Lead Clearance: Top Secret (TS) with SCI Access Job Location: FBI, Washington, D.C. JOB OVERVIEW The Intermediate Management and Program Analyst (MAPA) Site Lead analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and other solution components. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead team communications on projects to improve communications between the on-site contractors and the government. Coordinate among the contract workforce for selected high-priority actions or initiatives that are deemed high-risk or critical to the success of the unit/section. Report the status of actions when requested by government leaders. Implement change management routines to ensure timeliness of reports. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility. Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least five (5) years of analytical techniques and methodologies. A minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position applied for may be substituted for education. Must have experience analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions. Must have experience providing expert business process analysis, requirements analysis, business process engineering, communications, and/or training support. Must have experience analyzing data, written/verbal information, and processes to assess risks and formulate recommendations that align with organizational goals. Must demonstrate experience coordinating and conducting in-depth studies involving program development, assessment, and/or strategic planning. Must have experience translating and communicating complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated team player who works well independently and/or in a team environment through collaboration, strong analytic and communication skills, and time management effectiveness. Knowledge in researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting existing or newly developed reports (data, dashboards, graphs, charts), guidelines, directives, policies, etc. to obtain accurate and relevant information.
