Job description

Summary The MIL Corporation seeks a Help Desk Support, PRISM (User Support, Analyst) to work directly with federal clients to resolve questions and issues with Unison Software PRISM v7 procurement software. This position currently requires a fully remote schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements Responsibilities Work with clients to provide a broad range of solutions to PRISM software issues Help drive successful operation of PRISM product suite by delivering high quality support services to government clients Ensure assigned tasks are performed on target, on time, and on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performed Ensure all help tickets are properly tracked from inception to resolution Support basic functional testing and training Support users with deskside assistance, as needed Understand client's business objectives and help clients achieve their goals Travel None Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience with Unison Software (formerly Compusearch) PRISM v7 Ability to solve basic application issues to include, but not be limited to, routing, roles, requisitions, solicitations, and basic contracts Ability to analyze and create documentation for users Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Desired Qualifications Experience with interfaces between PRISM and a financial system, preferably Momentum. Ability to solve problems by analyzing the interworking of financial data as is available in FPDS, financial data warehouse, and PRISM. Ability to identify and understand PIDs, Document Control Numbers (DCNs), and Line Item IDs and how they are contained in PRISM. Understanding of the procurement life cycle process and how this is managed within PRISM, including de-obligations, account information, and synopsis. Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $61,746-$92,620 per year.
