Whether you're a Consultant or in Operations, you will work in meaningful ways to create results for the government. About the Role:
You will support a centralized, comprehensive assessment program for export control compliance for a Federal government client with responsibilities spanning: program management and administration, information management, program compliance facilitation, training and outreach development, and policy support. Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Analyzing logistical, organizational, and managerial area design, development, maintenance and testing and management and organizational analyses, efficiency, and quality control methodologies
- Participating in identification and description of user requirements, determination, and generations of data requirements
- Developing and implementing quality control and efficiency methodologies to ensure compliance with project quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large organization
- Conducting and/or participating in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the project life cycle
- Providing leadership and guidance for a group of Analysts
- Providing direct support to consultants and other senior personnel conducting consulting activities including creativity and sound judgment involving unusual and complex management and technical problems
- Applying management expertise, process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct management analysis and process modernization projects
- Activity modeling, developing new businesses process and methods, identifying, and implementing best practices, and creating and assessing management performance measurements

You will work as part of a dynamic team at the client-site in metro-accessible Washington, DC. Required Experience/Skills: - Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years, or an Master's Degree with 10+ years of related experiences in a Business / Management related field or a related technical field such as Engineering, Physical, Life or Social Sciences, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- 4+ years of experience in managing personnel in a professional environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience building and managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with or for the federal government
