Contingent Upon Contract Award Position Description: SPAARK is seeking an Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity to join the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity. Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, testing all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF). Developing TTXs Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, devolution, distributed and reconstitution exercises Supports testing of all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF) Effectively communicating, both orally and in writing, and to present well-considered and sound suggestions that provide a clear understanding of emergency situations and incidents to ensure effective communications and decision-making during a crisis. Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Qualifications Position Requirements: Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
