Job description

It's a great time to join JRC! We are actively searching for an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff for the Navy's SLCM-N front office. In this critical role you will be managing workflows to ensure efficient/effective program management, prioritizing daily deliverables, managing actions to maximize execution of weekly/monthly deadlines, overseeing integrated master scheduling, drafting executive correspondence, supply research analysis and providing database management. The Executive Assistant will coordinate amongst division stakeholders and program manages to track and produce deliverables for the Chief of Staff, as well as report on programmatic actions to senior leadership. You will review, edit, and assist in creating internal SSP documents related to the SLCM-N and coordinate related input and approval from government and industry partners. As the Executive Assistant, you will Schedule meetings and appointments with high-level stakeholders, Navy officials and program managers Manage complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for senior executives Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations Review PowerPoint presentations for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SSP branding guidelines Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely and effective execution Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed What you bring to the table Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment An active DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or above (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Bonus points for Experience working within DoD, Navy officials, or program managers Knowledge of strategic systems programs and related technical terminology
