Job description

Responsible for providing highly technical Tier 2 expertise in enterprise systems and cloud systems (i.e.M365, AWS, Google platforms). Provides help desk support on IT Hardware and Software Systems and Applications. Accurately records and tracks calls using help desk software. Provides Guidance and Supervision to support staff. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with mid-level and senior level as an Enterprise Services Desk Specialist II. Public Trust Certs: AWS/Cloud
