Additional details can be found on our website at: Position Title: DevSecOps Program Manager Location: Washington DC/National Capital Area Clearance: Secret OneZero is seeking a DevSecOps Program Manager to lead a large scale software development program and sustainment program focused on maintenance, operations, and also the implementation of a DevSecOps approach within the organization. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of system development and maintenance activities for 30+ Federal Government Enterprise Information Systems and numerous applications. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design, development, operation, and maintenance of all systems.
Ensure effective configuration and optimization of all managed systems.
Accelerate the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies.
Lead the integration of DevSecOps methodologies within a software factory environment, establishing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing in all development processes
Confirm compliance with relevant Federal, DHS, and DoD regulations.
Ensure transparency and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle, including conceiving, specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing processes.
Coordination and collaboration with other contractors and government personnel for various functions including but not limited to hardware, network infrastructure, information assurance, facilities, and data floor management.
Oversee system connectivity, coordination with interfacing systems, and manage release and testing documentation.
Conduct monthly meetings with CO and CORs and Program Managers to discuss task order progress, exchange information, and resolve technical issues.
Ensure that all employees receive the required training to meet Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
Assist with responding to data calls for additional support.
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience.
At least 3 years of specialized experience in IT sustainment operations.
2 years of experience leading large IT modernization projects within the Federal Government is required. DOD or DHS experience is preferred.
Proven experience in Agile project management methodologies. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is highly desirable.
At least 3 years of experience managing and executing business process analysis and change management efforts
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Project Management Certfication (e.g. PMP or DAU)
Secret Clearance eligibility is required
