Job Description: We are seeking a Correspondence Analyst to provide support to the Comptroller office of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) by monitoring and tracking tasks assigned via ETMS2, creating and updating an executive dashboard to show task status, and act as the organization's awards lead. Responsibilities include: Create a process to manage ETMS task workload, tracking tasks from initiation, routing and completion. Develop a template to standardize responses for the enterprise. Create a Plan of Actions & Milestones to implement the ETMS2 tracking process across the NAVSEA enterprise. Assist Action Officers in task completion, and as needed, collect and organize documents to ensure consistency of responses. Assist in identifying high priority tasks demanding Flag/Senior Executive Service attention. Create and use an executive dashboard showing task status. Serve as organizational awards manager, compiling on-the-spot award nominations and creating award certificates, managing the internal awards budget, submitting RPAs via DCPDS, and collecting/processing external award nomination packages. Here's what you need: 3+ years of direct working experience handling DON correspondence and experience with ETMS2. Must be independent, highly organized and able to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines at the same time. Must be resourceful, take initiative, and be able to execute high-quality, high-visibility products in accordance with deadlines. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, using correct spelling and grammar. Must possess the ability to work under direction and independently, be self-motivated, and results oriented. Must be a team player able to work with government and contractor technical and administrative teams and possess strong customer service skills. Bonus points if you have: US Navy experience handing DON correspondence. Knowledge of Jupiter platform and dashboard capabilities. Knowledge of Flank Speed capabilities.
