Audio Visual (AV) Service Coordinator
Washington, D.C. - Onsite
Fulltime Position Summary: The AV Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the service and maintenance of audio-visual systems for our clients. This role involves managing service requests, scheduling maintenance, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Receive and manage incoming service requests from clients.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair services for AV systems.
Assign service tasks to AV technicians and ensure timely completion.
Monitor the progress of service requests and provide updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory.
Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and provide technical support as necessary.
Collaborate with the AV operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during service operations.
Assist in the procurement and management of service parts and equipment.
Handle escalations and resolve any issues related to service delivery promptly and effectively.
Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. Required Skills:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV service coordination or a similar role.
Strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.
