Are you prepared to influence crucial decision-making processes, drive operational efficiency, and elevate performance in a dynamic work environment? The Garrett Group (TGG) is extending an invitation for you to become a vital part of our team as an All-Source Targeting Analyst in the National Capital Region. In today's information-rich landscape, the role of a skilled intelligence analyst is paramount in navigating and interpreting data to provide clients with accurate insights. Given the daily significance of decisions made within our government, we are seeking an intelligence analyst of your caliber to fulfill this crucial role. As an All-Source Targeting Officer, your specialized technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be harnessed to develop reports, intelligence, and analytic assessments, providing actionable intelligence and context to our clients. If you possess strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, an opportunity awaits you to apply these skills towards advancing our national security priorities. As a member of our team in the role of All-Source Targeting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients comprehend their operational landscape, mission objectives, and priorities. Leveraging your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you will explore new data sources, formulate effective queries, and integrate information from diverse sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open-source intelligence. Your responsibilities will extend to validating information, developing tradecraft, and constructing assessments for downstream action. Serving as the authority on your designated target and area of responsibility, you will be relied upon by clients for time-sensitive recommendations, often under pressure. This position offers an opportunity to expand your expertise and diversify your skill set into critical areas such as creative problem-solving, critical thinking, briefing, cable writing, and incorporating advanced technology to enhance mission efficiency. You will also contribute to the growth of your team through leadership and mentoring, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering optimal support to our customers. Requirements for this position include: A minimum of five years of experience in the targeting life cycle, a solid understanding of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT, and the ability to read, process, and implement directives from all-source intelligence reports daily. A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, as well as a high school diploma or GED, are essential prerequisites. Desirable qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, a preferred bachelor's degree, and a master's degree considered a plus. The selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
