Job description

Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled AI Technology SETA to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Resilient Systems Office (RSO) PM activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. Responsibilities: 1.Assist in the design of new ARPA-H programs in the area of AI for healthcare. 2. Assist with stakeholder engagement 3. Contribute to the evaluation of proposed solutions 4. For funded research, assist in ensuring that the project is progressing towards intended goals . Requirements: A successful AI Technology SETA will incorporate the following skills and experiences: 1. Previous work on artificial intelligence in healthcare with a proven record of publications and/or in-depth work. 2. Previous work with large medical datasets, including issues with data quality and variability, scalability, annotation and ground truth, bias and generalizability. 3. Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including technical experts, and clinicians. 4. Familiarity with deep learning techniques, including neural network architectures, training techniques and model efficiency. 5. Familiarity / previous work in one or more of the following areas - Machine learning for medical diagnosis, Applications of AI in electronic health records, Predictive analysis, Large language models, natural language processing, Interface between AI and clinicians. 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills 7. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask. Qualification Requirements: Education Ph.D required Clearance HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain) Experience A minimum of 5+ years working with senior leadership in a professional environment.
