Restoration Construction Mitigation Manager

We are working with a top restoration construction company committed to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, whom is seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans (water extraction, mold remediation, fire damage restoration).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control.
• Train and support mitigation staff.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• 5 years in mitigation management or related field.
• Knowledge of restoration construction and mitigation techniques.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with industry software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
