A Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a crucial healthcare professional who provides personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Skills
Staff and Travel Home Health LPNs/LVNs need a diverse skill set to succeed in their role. Firstly, they must possess strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care and monitoring patients' vital signs. They should be proficient in using medical equipment commonly used in home health settings, such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters.

Home Health LPNs/LVNs must be knowledgeable about various medical conditions and their treatment plans. They should be skilled in assessing patients' needs, identifying any changes in their health status and communicating these observations to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
