Job description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Practice Assistant for a temporary to permanent position with a fast-paced law firm. The successful candidate will provide essential legal and administrative support to attorneys on active litigation cases. This role is fully on-site in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to two litigation attorneys
  • Draft, format, and e-file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and external parties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation
  • Experience with e-filing in Delaware Courts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Pay Rate: $28-$32/hour

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
