Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.

We are searching for a talented new member to join our Delaware Telehealth team. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified part-time licensed advanced-level therapists (LCPMH, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologists) to provide mental health therapy in Delaware. This is a _ fee for service _ position. Employees are paid based on rate of collections from insurance companies.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
Complete psychosocial assessments
Complete contact notes for completed sessions (All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR)
Development of person-centered treatment plans

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Master's/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
Must be an advanced licensed therapist in Delaware to provide mental health treatment
Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
Background Check
Highly organized and possesses time management
Ability to work with ages 10+ preferred

In some cases, Balance Point Wellness will pay for out-of-state applicants who are eligible for reciprocity in the State of Maryland to obtain their Maryland license.
